I should not have started this placemat; I have too many other WIPs with higher priority. But isn't it pretty?
Tunisian crochet, double-ended 5mm hook. Yarns: Ice Yarns Sale Summer V Cream, Ice Yarns Poets Grey Shades Cream Brown (both discontinued). I cast on with long-tail cast on, 80 stitches, with the cream yarn. Switched ends, did the return pass in the Poets yarn. Stitch pattern is TSS alternated with Purl-TSS. This avoids the purl-bump stripe which one usually gets when doing two-colour Tunisian with a double-ended hook.
